Dad jokes

The dad joke is a form with rules. It is a pun, usually; it is told deadpan; the teller enjoys it more than anyone listening; and the groan is the applause. It is also, quietly, the most reliable clean joke there is, because the whole point is that it is too harmless to offend anyone.
Every joke here follows the rules. Tell them to someone who has heard you tell them before. That is also part of the form.
